Introduction
HANSA-PARK Freizeit- und Familienpark GmbH & Co. KG endeavors to make its websites and mobile applications accessible in accordance with Section 11 (1) of the State Disability Equality Act (LBGG) and the accessibility requirements pursuant to Section 13 (3) LBGG.

Compliance with legal requirements
Due to the following inconsistencies and exceptions, this website only partially complies with Section 13 (3) LBGG.
We have successfully implemented the following measures on our website:
- Correct semantic structuring of headings (e.g. H1 → H2 → H3)
- Addition of alternative texts for images (further additions are still in progress)
- Optimization of color contrast for better legibility
- Correction and addition of ARIA roles to improve accessibility for screen readers
- Uniform use of aria-role="tablist" for all accordion elements
- Addition of labeled form fields (e.g. in the "Travel service: Bus & Train" section)
- Informative link texts added
- Addition of aria-label attributes to buttons for improved usability via screen reader
Non-accessible content

- Pictures: Addition of further alternative texts for images still pending
- PDF files: The PDF files provided by us on the website do not meet the accessibility requirements.
- Videos: Not all videos linked on the website have subtitles.

Complaints process
If you do not receive a satisfactory response from the above contact options, you can submit an application to the Complaints Office for Accessible Information Technology, set up by the State Commissioner for People with Disabilities in Schleswig-Holstein, to initiate the complaints process with the Schleswig-Holstein State Disability Equality Act (LBGG).
In accordance with Section 12e LBGG, the Complaints Office for Accessible Information Technology is responsible for settling disputes between people with disabilities and public bodies in the state of Schleswig-Holstein on the subject of accessibility in IT. The complaints process is free of charge. There is no need to seek legal advice.
